I recently discovered Taytu at Barneys and actually purchased a bag for myself and a few scarves for friends + relatives who have birthdays coming up. I'm absolutely smitten with this label and adore all the pieces Barneys carry, which you can see here. Below are photos from their lookbook, which I find inspiring! I love that they use local embroiderers and jewelers to create their leather accessories, in addition to using leather produced in Ethiopia and metals, beads, and stones found in Ethiopia.
